Our Centerline Dreadnought model provides a dominate mid-range presence accompanied by low-end balance and warm highs. This power house is sure to be heard in Bluegrass style picking and excellent for cutting through the mix in the studio.
The Centerline is all solid wood made with a Sitka Spruce top, Indian Rosewood Back and sides, a Mahogany neck, Cedar bracing for warm tones, and Maple bindings and trim.
The Centerline also has an Indian Rosewood Bridge and Fingerboard to complement its solid wood construction.
The fret wire consists of Medium/Medium Gold wire with Abalone dot inlays on the fingerboard, and an Abalone inlayed "B" logo on the Maple Headstock.
The special double radius on the top and back help deliver more mid-range and a slimer upper bought compared to most Dreadnoughts in its class. Additionally, the Centerline has a smaller sound hole to help deliver more low end without compromising the structural integrity of spreading the X braces too far apart.
The side Sound Port help the player connect and hear the finer articulation that would otherwise be captured by a microphone or audience.
Lastly, the tuners are Guyker Locking tuners to allow simple restringing, and the Nut and Saddle are Bone.
The Ambrosia Dreadnought model is an all time favorite known for it's crystal clear highs that are soothing to the ear, while striking a balance in mid-range voicings and low-end tonality.
